At Amor Vintage, we take great care in describing, measuring, and photographing every item in our collection. Each listing includes detailed measurements, condition ratings, and full disclosure of any known flaws. We believe in complete transparency so you can shop with confidence.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

The Nature of Vintage and Second-Hand Items:

All items sold by Amor Vintage are vintage or second-hand unless explicitly stated otherwise. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Vintage and second-hand items show natural signs of age and previous wear. This is not considered a fault.
  • Normal wear and tear consistent with the age of a garment, including minor fading, light pilling, or small signs of use, does not constitute grounds for a return or refund.
  • Vintage sizing differs significantly from modern sizing standards. We strongly recommend checking all listed measurements against your own before purchasing rather than relying on the label size alone.
  • Items are pre-owned and we cannot guarantee their condition will remain unchanged after purchase.

When We Accept Returns

We accept return requests only in the following circumstances:

1. Item is functionally unusable upon arrival
If an item arrives in a condition that makes it functionally unusable, for example, a broken zipper, or structural damage not disclosed in the listing, it may be considered not of satisfactory quality and eligible for a partial or full refund/return.

2. Measurements significantly differ from the listing
If the actual measurements of an item differ from those stated in the listing by more than 2 cm, this may be grounds for a return. Minor discrepancies within 2 cm are considered within acceptable tolerance and do not qualify.

3. Item significantly not as described
If an item arrives in a condition materially different from what was described and photographed in the listing, you may be eligible for a return.

When We Do Not Accept Returns

We do not accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • You have changed your mind or the item no longer suits your needs
  • The item does not fit, where measurements were accurately listed
  • Signs of age, fading, light wear or minor imperfections that were visible in photographs or disclosed in the listing
  • Normal wear and tear consistent with the vintage nature of the item
  • Sizing discrepancies of 2 cm or less from listed measurements
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery

How to Request a Return

If you believe your item qualifies for a return under the conditions above, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at amor.vintageboutique@gmail.com with the following:

  1. Your order details
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photographs clearly showing the fault or discrepancy

We reserve the right to assess each case individually. Returns requested outside the 48-hour window will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.

Deadstock and New Items

Items listed as deadstock or new are covered under standard consumer rights in addition to this policy. Any faults with deadstock items not disclosed at the time of listing will be treated accordingly.
